Information That We Collect From You: When you visit and register on our website or apply through 3rd party job sites/boards you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself including registration data (your name, address, email address, phone number, title etc) and your CV. We may also collect information about you from messages you post to the website and email you send to us.

The information that we collect from you is to enable us to assist you in finding the position or project that most suits you. As an staffing / project sourcing business we may record and store notes of any telephone calls or other written correspondence you have with our staff within our candidate management system (ATS) for record keeping and quality control purposes or if we are also required to take up references from previous employers or clients.

Linkedin & Xing: We will process your data for recruitment purposes only. We may find your data on Linkedin or Xing when looking to fill an open position or project at our company. After contact and consent from you we are storing this data in our Applicant Tracking System, [which is fully compliant with EU data protection laws], and we will not share it with anyone else.

Disclosure of Your Information: Where necessary we may pass data to third parties that help us to process data and to prospective or intended employers or customers for the purposes of project staffing or recruitment.

Unless required to do so by law, we will not otherwise share, sell or distribute any of the information you provide to us without your additional consent.

Security and Data Retention: We employ security measures to protect your information from access by unauthorised persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage. We will retain your information for a reasonable period until your data is no longer relevant to the services that we offer or as long as the law requires.

Accessing and Updating: You are entitled to see the information held about you and may ask us to make any necessary changes to ensure that it is accurate and kept up to date. If you wish to do this, please contact us and we will send you an active ATS link where you can download the relevant data specific to you.
