This project was structured to be completed as an AÜ (Arbeitnehmeruberlassung) project, so Kommlink set about finding the correct consultant to work as an Aü employee for Kommlink. Due to the complexity of the project we only found best matches but still obtained 1 interview and this candidate was selected for the project. The project lasted 18 months with the client very satisfied with the performance of Kommlink’s consultant.
